St. Luke’s All-Day Camps
School’s out, we’re in!
St. Luke’s All-Day Camps are for children in grades 1st-8th. There are All-Day Camps for every season: Fall, Winter, Spring and the big one, Summer! During All-Day Camp, we take the kids to fun field trips everyday (except during summer camp, that’s Fridays only; excluding Middle School as they go on field trips every day during the summer) like Speedy’s, Andretti, UrbanAir, SkyZone, It’z Pizza, Typhoon Texas, Schlitterbahn, Pirate’s Bay Water Park, and other cool places!
Update 09/03/2021: We will NOT be going on any field trips this FALL 2021.
We are taking every precaution to keep all campers, families, and staff safe. This includes, daily temperature checks, hand-sanitizers in every room and buses, specific route times to avoid cross-contamination, assigned bathrooms for every group, bathrooms cleaned every 30 minutes, teacher cleaning and disinfecting protocols, and nightly deep cleaning and fogging with EPA approved disinfectant. The maintenance team at St. Luke’s have also now upgraded our HVAC system with a Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization technology that studies have shown a 99.4% reduction rate on a COVID-19 surface strain within 30 minutes. As an added precaution, we are requiring that ALL children must wear a mask while indoors. Please remember that masks can be a bandana, neck sleeve/gaiter/buff, homemade masks, or any medical mask.
At St. Luke’s After-School Care and All-Day Camps, we strive to create a compassionate, fun, caring, and safe experience for children of all races, nationalities, and religions.
At St. Luke’s After-School Care and Summer Camp, we have always strived to offer a safe and fun place where children of all backgrounds and ages can come together. When the pandemic hit, our first priority was to keep everyone as safe as possible and as such, we implemented our COVID-19 policies. Due to these actions, we were able to successfully run a summer camp without any COVID-19 outbreaks.
Based on this, we will be continuing with our COVID-19 policies, which includes requiring all campers and staff to wear a mask until further notice, or until health professionals in the Texas Medical Center advise us that it is safe to gather without masks or social distancing.
